Chilli Garlic Potato Wedges

SERVINGS - 2      INGREDIENTS  -   For potato wedges -   :- Potatoes - 3   :- Salt    :- Oil   :-Chilli flakes   :- Oregano powder   :- Garlic - 6 -7 cloves {finely chopped}          For the sauce - :- Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp :- Mayonnaise -2tsp :- Schezwan sauce/chilli sauce - 1tsp METHOD -  :-Cut the potatoes into wedges  :- Season the potatoes with salt, oil, chili flakes, oregano powder, and chopped garlic :-Bake the potatoes for 20 - 25 minutes on each side at 180^c   For the sauce  -  :-Mix all the ingredients together until they combine well  :- Add the sauce on the top and enjoy NOTE - :- Make sure that the oven is preheated for 15 minutes :- Keep a check on the oven to make sure your potatoes don't burn PALATE would love to know how they turned out. Chia Pudding

  Palate has brought for you a refreshing and healthy chia pudding recipe to soothe your summers and enjoy. The pudding is coconut and rose-flavored. It is perfect to relieve this summer heat. INGREDIENTS:-- Chia seeds - 4tbsp Milk - 8tbsp Sugar - 3tsp Grated coconut - 2tsp Dry fruits- pistachios and raisins - a handful Rose syrup - 2tsp METHOD :- ROSE FLAVOURED LAYER - 1. Add 2tbsp chia seeds + 5tbsp milk + 2tsp sugar+ 2tsp rose syrup and mix 2. Add the mixture to the glass you have to serve and refrigerate for 15 minutes COCONUT FLAVORED LAYER- 3. Add 2tbsp chia seeds + 3tbsp milk +1tsp sugar + 2tsp grated coconut and mix 4. Add the mixture to the same glass to complete the 2nd layer 5. Refreshing Popsicles

Palate has brought for you refreshing popsicle recipes to retreat your past summers, to bring back those gold old memories of having homemade popsicles to refresh you up and make you relive those good days with your friends, cousins, and ones loved. INGREDIENTS:-- Water - 1 glass Mint leaves - a handful Lemon - 1 Sugar- 1 tsp Chia Seeds - 1tsp Rose Syrup - 1tsp METHOD :- 1. Pour the water into a glass and squeeze the lemon in the water  after removing the seeds  2. Add sugar in the water and mix well in one mold pour the mixture and add some chopped mint leaves 3. For the remaining mixture in the glass add rose syrup and mix  4. Pour the mixture into another mold and add a spoon full of soaked chia seeds and some mint leaves 5. Let the  popsicles freeze overnight for the best results NOTE :-  For perfectly taking out the popsicles from the mold keep them for 2 - 3 minutes at room temperature and flip the mold on a plate, tap the back of the mold and your popsicles will come out easily

INGREDIENTS  - For the dough - :- Milk - 130 ml :- Sugar - 30 g :- Instant dry yeast - 6g :- Egg -1  :- All-purpose flour - 300g :- Salt - 1/4th tsp :- Butter - 35g For the sugar glaze - :- Unsalted Butter - 35g :- Sugar (powdered) - 150g :- Vanilla Extract - 1/2tsp :- Milk -35ml METHOD -    :- Add the milk and sugar to the bowl and whisk till it dissolves completely  :-  Add the yeast to the mixture and whisk till it dissolves  :- Leave the mixture for 15 minutes on rest  :- After the yeast has rested add an egg to the bowl and whisk it :- Add the flour to the mixture and mix  :- Take the dough out on the platform and knead for 15 minutes :- After kneading the dough add the butter and knead it again till the butter mixes well with the dough :
