Refreshing Popsicles

Palate has brought for you refreshing popsicle recipes to retreat your past summers, to bring back those gold old memories of having homemade popsicles to refresh you up and make you relive those good days with your friends, cousins, and ones loved.


INGREDIENTS:--

Water - 1 glass
Mint leaves - a handful
Lemon - 1
Sugar- 1 tsp
Chia Seeds - 1tsp
Rose Syrup - 1tsp

METHOD:-
1. Pour the water into a glass and squeeze the lemon in the water  after removing the seeds 
2. Add sugar in the water and mix well in one mold pour the mixture and add some chopped mint leaves
3. For the remaining mixture in the glass add rose syrup and mix 
4. Pour the mixture into another mold and add a spoon full of soaked chia seeds and some mint leaves
5. Let the  popsicles freeze overnight for the best results


NOTE:- 
For perfectly taking out the popsicles from the mold keep them for 2 - 3 minutes at room temperature and flip the mold on a plate, tap the back of the mold and your popsicles will come out easily

Do not remove the popsicles from the mold by holding the sticks, otherwise, the sticks will come out without the pops
