Chia Pudding

 

Palate has brought for you a refreshing and healthy chia pudding recipe to soothe your summers and enjoy. The pudding is coconut and rose-flavored. It is perfect to relieve this summer heat.


INGREDIENTS:--

Chia seeds - 4tbsp
Milk - 8tbsp
Sugar - 3tsp
Grated coconut - 2tsp
Dry fruits- pistachios and raisins - a handful
Rose syrup - 2tsp

METHOD:-
ROSE FLAVOURED LAYER -
1. Add 2tbsp chia seeds + 5tbsp milk + 2tsp sugar+ 2tsp rose syrup and mix
2. Add the mixture to the glass you have to serve and refrigerate for 15 minutes

COCONUT FLAVORED LAYER-
3. Add 2tbsp chia seeds + 3tbsp milk +1tsp sugar + 2tsp grated coconut and mix
4. Add the mixture to the same glass to complete the 2nd layer

5. Serve with some chopped dry fruits and grated coconut 

NOTE:- 
Let the first layer set and then only add the 2nd layer
Let the pudding set well
Taste best when served cold
