Classic Healthy Pancakes


Palate has brought for you a healthy pancakes recipe. Now you can have pancakes without thinking much about your health and about the all-purpose flour used in it because we have replaced it with whole wheat flour. Let's add this recipe to our cookbooks and make it for our loved ones.


Now you dont have to sacrifice your favorite food on your health stake.

SERVES - 4

INGREDIENTS-  

:-  Whole Wheat Flour -  1 and 1/2 Cup

:-   Sugar - 1 cup

:-   Eggs - 2 

:-   Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon

:-   All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup

:-  Butter - 1 tbsp (substitute - vegetable oil)

:-   Baking powder - 1 tsp

:-  Milk - 1 cup

:-  Salt  - 1 pinch

:-  Your favorite fruit for topping, here I have used apple slices

:-  Drizzle  honey for a more sweet taste

 METHOD - 

:- Mix all the ingredients together except honey and fruit until there are no lumps.

:- Take a nonstick pan and grease it with butter on medium heat.

:- Add the amount of batter according to the size of the pancake you wish for

:- Cook the pancakes from both sides

:- For serving place the pancakes on top of each other and then place your favorite fruit with a lot of honey and enjoy.



NOTE -

:- Tastes best when hot.

:- Cook on medium heat.
