SERVINGS - 2
INGREDIENTS -
For potato wedges -
:- Potatoes - 3
:- Salt
:- Oil
:-Chilli flakes
:- Oregano powder
:- Garlic - 6 -7 cloves {finely chopped}
For the sauce -
:- Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
:- Mayonnaise -2tsp
:- Schezwan sauce/chilli sauce - 1tsp
METHOD -
:-Cut the potatoes into wedges
:- Season the potatoes with salt, oil, chili flakes, oregano powder, and chopped garlic
:-Bake the potatoes for 20 - 25 minutes on each side at 180^c
For the sauce -
:-Mix all the ingredients together until they combine well
:- Add the sauce on the top and enjoy
NOTE -
:- Make sure that the oven is preheated for 15 minutes
:- Keep a check on the oven to make sure your potatoes don't burn
