Simple Glazed Doughnuts

INGREDIENTS  -

For the dough -
:- Milk - 130 ml
:- Sugar - 30 g
:- Instant dry yeast - 6g
:- Egg -1 
:- All-purpose flour - 300g
:- Salt - 1/4th tsp
:- Butter - 35g

For the sugar glaze -
:- Unsalted Butter - 35g
:- Sugar (powdered) - 150g
:- Vanilla Extract - 1/2tsp
:- Milk -35ml

METHOD - 
  :- Add the milk and sugar to the bowl and whisk till it dissolves completely
 :-  Add the yeast to the mixture and whisk till it dissolves
 :- Leave the mixture for 15 minutes on rest
 :- After the yeast has rested add an egg to the bowl and whisk it
:- Add the flour to the mixture and mix 
:- Take the dough out on the platform and knead for 15 minutes
:- After kneading the dough add the butter and knead it again till the butter mixes well with the dough
:- Cover the dough with plastic wrap in a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour to let the dough rise
:- After 1 hour punch the dough and remove its air 
:- Knead the dough for 10 minutes more
:- With a rolling pin stretch the dough with a minimum thickness of 1/4th of a finger
:- Cut the dough out with a circular cutter and a small cutter for the hole in the donut
:- Let the cutouts rest for a period of 30 minutes
:- Take a pan and pour oil to deep fry the doughnuts
:- Fry the donuts on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on both the sides

For the glaze - 
Mix all the ingredients together until they combine well

:- Dip the donuts in the glaze and let the glaze set for 10 minutes on the donuts

NOTE -
 :- You need to maintain a warm and humid environment for the dough to rise and the yeast to ferment,     otherwise, it wouldn't rise
:-Make sure t maintain a good thickness of the dough when rolling it down
:- Fry the doughnuts on medium heat only
